What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to the Retail Manager, in this role you will:
- Drive boutique objectives achievement (turnover, clients portfolio development…)
- Lead clients & develop boutique’s portfolio
- Set individual sales target
- Provide intel on the market & business trends
- Develop partnerships with commercial third-parties (guides, personal shoppers, department store managers…)
- Monitor boutique expenses (gifting budget, travel expenses, boutique incentives…)
- Be an ambassador of the Maison in the local community (charity, events…)
- Develop local PR activities, events, and partnerships
- Be a referent for High Jewellery, Jewellery, and Watchmaking
- Guarantee consistency across the different channels (online, boutiques network) to maintain seamless client journey
- Make sure the boutique is correctly set-up to welcome the clients (workplace prepared, cleaned windows, booklets & e-catalogues available…)
- Implement strategies to tackle client waiting (adapt shifts, raise awareness among the team…)
- Foster business opportunities through Customer Service
- Ensure & develop customer service excellence
- Handle & solve issues related to clients
- Manage & care for good atmosphere within the team
- Handle HR different topics & issues
- Clarify sharing of roles & responsibilities between Deputy Boutique Managers
- Build awareness on local competitors’ teams (top performers, associates looking for new job opportunities…)
- Animate the team (prepare brief & share info)
- Ensure compliance with Group’s policies & enforce Maison’s commercial rules
- Overview safety & security of the team, stock & premises
- Be the main boutique point of contact for HQ local teams
- Guarantee that retail procedures are respected Manage boutique’s expenses
- Responsible for preserving the Quality of the creations (in the safe, in the windows, during presentation
