As a front line representative of our high jewellery maison, you will be responsible for maximizing the sales of all our unique and beautiful pieces. This will give you the opportunity to continue learning to perfect your sales techniques and client journey delivery. You will also be accountable for ensuring each client receives an exceptional experience in line with our Buccellati values.
Key responsibilities:
Achieve sales objectives and targets
Develop a close network of loyal clientele
Attend social functions within the community to generate new clientele; invite current and prospective
clients to in-store events
Set up window displays and in-store displays each morning; assure displays are broken down each evening and products are stored in the safe nightly
Provide excellent customer service. Follow up on after sales service/ follow repair process from start to finish
Implement policies and procedures established by the company, i.e. security policy, consignment, after sales service, valuation request, Human Resources policies, etc.
Educate clients on Buccellati quality, standards and product line
Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Previous experience in selling fine jewellery or high-end luxury product is preferred
Strong understanding of and relevant experience in clienteling
Excellent computer skills
Excellent communication skills, including proficient written and spoken English. Other languages will be a plus
Resilience and composure, paired with a positive attitude
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect
