Reporting to the Digital & Media Manager the Digital Media Specialist will be responsible for leading, defining and executing digital and paid social plans and projects in close collaboration with our internal teams and partners. This role will be conducting data analysis gathered from the different media and digital touchpoints, defining optimisations and evaluating performance, and will contribute in decision making by presenting insights and making tactical recommendations that will impact at a global scale our campaigns, websites, and tools & services.
What you'll get to do
Implement digital media plans with agency partners following best practice buying across main digital and social platforms
Lead content initiatives to create the best content using insights coming from active digital campaigns
Research industry trends to identify evolving media opportunities in the ever changing digital marketing space. Implement best practices around campaign measurement across multiple channels, and report on key metrics for campaign effectiveness
Partner with Brands and digital media vendors, synthesize and provide clear visualization of insights to deliver high impact actionable insights
Define and present dashboards to teams to help them to make the correct decisions to improve media and digital efficiency
Working alongside Digital Campaign & Media Manager to ensure all aspects of the digital media strategy are implemented into each campaign, meeting the individual requirements and objectives of each brand
Assist in creating media briefs by compiling consumer insights, competitor analysis and previous campaign learnings
Working closely with media agency and media partners (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) to define and implement best practice buying
On-going contact with global head office teams to gain a solid understanding of each brand’s vision and strategy and identify the most successful ways to tailor them for the UK market
We'd love to meet you if you have
Experience in digital marketing media and data analysis within agency or inhouse
Experience planning, executing, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns
Experience in programmatic and Google Media Stack
A proactive mind-set, ability to share your ideas and bring them to life
Knowledge of social buying platforms, dashboards and visualisation tools
