Your future plans

  • Provide IT project management expertise to support projects for our IT applications and assist and guide users using best practice project management methodologies
  • Responsibility for the successful collaboration of project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and liaising with customers, internal business units, IT partners and other external contacts
  • Defining, planning and managing project budgets and utilising appropriate measures to ensure accurate project cost forecasts in line with project progress
  • Working with the purchasing department to involve service providers and service providers and defining, structuring and tendering tasks, including the delivery of work packages on agreed terms
  • Supporting the project execution processes in the portfolio and the product owner in managing and maintaining the product backlog and creating sprint backlogs 
  • Taking on the role of scrum master for agile projects, guiding and coaching various product development teams on agile practices and their proper adoption and implementation
  • Ensuring that projects deliver according to plan and using appropriate methods to monitor project execution
  • Applying measures to remove obstacles and blockages, generating solutions to problems and corrective measures

Your powerful skills

  • Understanding and application of industry best practices in project and change management methodologies, IT policies and standards and change management 
  • Successful delivery of complex projects within waterfall and agile project management systems, enjoy working in a team with an open feedback culture
  • Ability to build and maintain resilient relationships with stakeholders to support project delivery
  • Experience in IT project cost forecasting using structured techniques
  • Knowledge of methods for tracking agile team performance, solid experience as a scrum master and in using various digital tools to facilitate cross-site / online events (e.g. planning, retrospectives, workshops...)
  • Applicable project management skills and methodologies including PRINCE2 and Scrum and a broad understanding of a wide range of business and IT workplace activities 
  • High ambition to deal with new topics and customer-facing issues, excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent English language skills
