About the role
We’re looking for a Scrum Master who is a hands-on, driven professional who forms part of a team focused on delivering value for HEINEKEN, using the Scrum framework. They’ll support the team so that they are productive, continuously learning, and focused on delivering value.

You’ll be key in supporting the effectiveness of the Product team, building a safe and trusting environment where issues/problems can be raised without fear of blame, and where mutual collaboration, self-management and problem-solving are emphasized. You’ll be taking a lead role to ensure excellent communication between the scrum team, and the business. You’re a supportive leader supporting the Product Owner and the business to achieve the strategic goals of the Product or Project mission.

You’re strong in stakeholder management, and able to support the Product Owner in forecasting, creating and clarifying goals and actions to achieve them. In all this you serve the team before considering yourself, tracking and removing obstacles and shielding the team from outside interactions

  • Applying Agile methodologies, preferably as part of a Scrum team (Agile certifications are advantageous)
  • Working with remote teams (onshore and offshore)
  • Delivering processes to enable change and deliver value
