Ready to join a People Function team that manages the acquisition of our most important asset – our people?
This is a leadership role managing a team to attract and hire the best talent through challenging and supporting people managers to build diverse succession/talent pipelines and ensure the best possible candidate experience. In addition, you will play a key role in strategic workforce planning, creating data to provide internal and external insights and maximising the budget available.

Who we’re looking for:
Absolute subject matter expert in a talent acquisition leadership role within a large and complex organisation, i.e. varied, wide and deep experience of a range of recruiting methodologies, from mass recruitment, headhunting, executive search, early careers, commercial, operational and technical recruitment.
Ability to communicate the business benefits of creating diverse talent pipelines and the commercial benefit of a diverse hiring strategy therefore experience of working with and influencing a broad range of stakeholders from Executive through to Operational colleagues.
Demonstrable track record of utilising data to provide insights; support workforce planning and to measure cost and value.
Our ways of working
Our office sites operate a hybrid model. You’ll spend Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a day of your choice in the office (either Edinburgh or London) and can work from home on two days, although but you’re more than welcome to come and work from the office on those days too. This role also requires travel to our UK Brewery sites (Manchester, Tadcaster and Hereford)
