Function: Marketing
Location: Our Central London Office
Salary: £52,800 – £59,000 base depending on experience, plus full benefits listed below.

Contract: Permanent

About the role
Reporting to the Head of Media Strategy and Planning, you’ll lead the integrated media planning to meet the ambitious goals for some of our key HEINEKEN brands.

 

As the Integrated Media Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand narrative and driving engagement across diverse media channels. Your strategic thinking, creative approach, and data-driven mindset will help us build powerful and culturally relevant brands that our consumers and customers love.

 

You’ll work closely with UK brand and marketing teams, as well as creative agencies to share and support the delivery of best-in-class creative approaches, as well as lead integration between the global Amplify network that leads global Heineken Brand Communications and HEINEKEN UK. Playing a proactive role in identifying synergies between local and global media/creative initiatives, sharing & scaling UK best practices, as well as actively applying Amplify learnings, frameworks & best practices back into Heineken UK.

 

 Other accountabilities:

  • Maintain a ‘finger on the pulse’, identifying planned & reactive opportunities to which the brands should respond & activate media around.
  • Build fully integrated, through the line & audience insight led Heineken & Beavertown strategies and plans; that drive positive business outcome
  • Develop audience strategies which leverage Gen Z & Y relevant passion points to deliver culturally connected media plans
  • Develop & deliver a scalable, portfolio-connected learning agenda through Heineken & Beavertown plans
  • Connect with internal & external stakeholders to deliver the brand's wider business objectives.

 

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a driven and engaged individual who can deliver brave media plans which incorporate new and innovative communications and media ideas. Confidence is key in this role as you’ll be delivering presentations to senior stakeholders. On top of a deep understanding of the media landscape (including it’s challenges), you may also have:

 

  •  4+ years of relevant experience in media planning (category experience is a plus!)
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders both internally & externally
  • The ability to form positive relationships
  • Great learning agility
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce innovative solutions

Our office sites operate a hybrid model. You’ll spend Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in the office and can work from home on Mondays and Fridays, although but you’re more than welcome to come and work from the office on those days too.
