There’s so much more to HEINEKEN than meets the eye and right now, we’re looking for a Quality Specialist to join our Brewery Operations Team!

About the role
The Quality Specialist supports the production process control installation, verification and data analysis. You’ll be the go-to person to support any quality issues and NPI projects, contributing to our achievements of product and process specifications and First Time Right to improve product quality and reduce customer complaints.

You’ll also create and maintain appropriate data tracking systems and analyse results and trends to support the development of appropriate countermeasures, actions, and improvement team priorities.

 Other accountabilities:

  • Act as key site contact with the Quality Dept, SSH and external parties to ensure the resolution of all quality and technical issues and successful implementation of improvement opportunities.
  • Work with suppliers, material specifications and any license/franchise requirements to improve and maintain the Quality Management System.
  • Liaise with other sites and with SSH to benchmark, develop and implement “best practices” for all technical/quality processes.
  • Support Site TPM activity and play an active role as a member of the PQ Pillar to improve the delivery of customer and consumer quality.
  • Provide functional guidance, coaching of colleagues and technical and process training on-site and train others in the use of TPM methodology to improve technical skills.

Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for an analytical and organised individual who can work to improve and maintain product quality and packaging processes to support the site’s KPIs. On top of a clear understanding of TPM, you may also have:

  • Science or Engineering Degree or similar
  • Institute & Guild of Brewing Diploma and/or Packaging Diploma or similar
  • Experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with materials suppliers

If the above sounds like you, we’d like to hear from you!

Our benefits and rewards

  • Annual bonus
  • Flexible Benefits Allowance
  • Double-matched pension (up to 10%)
  • 35 days holiday (holiday trading available)
  • Retail discounts
  • A monthly case of our delicious ciders and beers (low and no alcohol options available)
  • Unique learning and development opportunities

…And much more! Check out our Why Join Us page if you’d like more information.

You’ll also get the opportunity to join our colleague networks, in which people from across the business connect to help champion diversity, equity and inclusion, ensuring we’re continuing to give people a voice.
