What you’ll do
You’ll work with a community of experienced ServiceNow professionals as part of our Centre of Excellence, creating strong technical solutions to customers business requirements.
Day to day this will look like:
Being regarded as an expert in high quality ServiceNow implementation, with a number of specialisms you’re the ‘go to’ person for
Translating business process requirements into technical design, creating best fit framework for scale-able implementation
Presenting solutions and ServiceNow best practices to internal and external stakeholders
Providing strong Now Platform Implementation understanding with in-depth knowledge in various ServiceNow applications
Communicate on complex issues with stakeholders and technical staff, to meet business and customer requirements
Keeping up to date with current and future market developments, technologies, product and strategies
Provide technical design authority and mentor more junior members of the team
Technical lead for medium & large-scale solutions ensuring designs meet customer requirements and achieve appropriate outcomes and deliverables.
Acting as a role model for colleagues providing guidance around technical and behavioural competencies to ensure sharing of internal best practice
Ensuring adherence to coding and design standards, and providing technical hand-over documentation
Be an advocate of implementation practices that deliver excellent operating efficiency, both technically and for user/process experience
Advising, qualification and questioning of customer requirements, especially in complex projects and in the case of unclear customer requirements
What you’ll need
Extensive experience working in ServiceNow development
Extensive experience and understanding of developing ServiceNow technical frameworks
Strong understanding of the Now Platform Implementation with in-depth knowledge in various ServiceNow applications.
Effective communication skills with stakeholders and technical staff.
Experienced in mentoring and matrix managing a team
Effective communication skills and be a team player, capable of building collaborative working relationships in a dynamic customer facing environment.
Proactive approach to solving challenging technical problems
Desire to contribute to technical procedures and standards
Enjoys being part of a team and supporting co-workers
Experience in various ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, HR, and more
Specialisation in custom applications, integrations, and complex areas.
