Do you want to help to secure the continuous development of Quality in Grundfos and support the success of the world’s most sustainable pumps? Do you want to enhance product Quality in Grundfos Business Development to deliver high quality and reliable products?

 

If this sounds like you then look at our Quality Engineer position spanning across multiple locations and working in close collaboration with a variety of functions.
 

What is the job about?

As our new Quality Engineer in our Industry Division, you deliver quality competences into our product development, ensuring that all new products meet our quality benchmark. We work in a matrix, where you will have an organizational reference into a global team, consisting of 6 people, located in Denmark, Hungary and Germany with reporting line directly to our Quality Director. Your main stakeholders and business partners will be plants, product development, solution & marketing and supplier quality management. To be leading the way towards success deliveries in the Industry Division, you will also have close connection to the our Group Quality development quality function.

 

Specific tasks include:

 

  • Develop and implement project quality plans in alignment with project requirements and policies
  • Conduct through reviews of project documentation to identify potential quality issues
  • Collaborate with project teams to establish quality objectives, metrics, KPIs and measure performance
  • Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address quality-related risks
  • Lead or participate in project quality audits, inspections, and reviews to verify compliance
  • Collaborate with product management and customer support teams to gather feedback and address customer concerns
  • Manufacturing Quality support and quality reporting

Your background 
As our new Quality Engineer you have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. Furthermore, you have effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
 

We furthermore imagine that you:  
 

  • Have a degree in engineering or similar
  • Have experience with quality tools and methods, e.g., risk minimizing tools such as FMEA and DFA Problem solving tools as 5W2H, 8D, FTA and practical statistics etc.
  • Have experience in project quality management, preferably with industry products from a production company
  • Have a desire to work within an agile environment
  • Speak and write English fluently
