What is the job about?

As a Senior Innovation Consultant, you will play a vital role in our Domestic Building Services Division, contributing to the creation of novel solutions for the homes of the future and development of frontloading innovation processes.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop innovative concepts and ideas for Grundfos products and services.
• Test ideas for viability, feasibility, and profitability.
• Validate concepts through direct interaction with customers.
• Document and share learnings with the organization.
• Represent Grundfos Domestic Building Services in relevant external forums and events.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Your background:

We are seeking a professional who are enthusiastic about entrepreneurship and innovation, thrives when things move fast, have a good commercial and analytical mindset, and possess effective communication and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate should have:

• Forward thinking and commercial mindset.
• Advanced problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with start-up environments, whether through personal ventures or assisting companies.
• A higher education in commerce or innovation is desirable.
• Unwavering commitment to innovation and excellence.
• Experience in customer involvement and co-creation in innovation projects
