Job Description
We are actively seeking a talented, tech-savvy, and innovative Compliance Analyst to become an integral part of our dynamic team at a globally successful, publicly traded cybersecurity company. In this role, you will play a key role to our Compliance & Ethics Team, actively supporting the strategic development and management of our compliance program. As a trusted partner you will work closely with other members of the Legal team and independently engage with several stakeholders throughout the business, including IT, Sales, and Finance. This position will directly report to the VP of Compliance & Ethics at CyberArk, who is based in London, United Kingdom.
CyberArk Legal Team
The CyberArk Compliance & Ethics Team is part of the broader Legal team, which is a trusted advisor and ally across the company. The Legal team is positioned as a partner and business enabler, mitigating risk while driving positive outcomes and supporting CyberArk’s rapid growth and market expansion. With team members based in Israel, the US, the UK, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Singapore, we continuously enhance legal and risk management practices and systems, playing a pivotal role in strengthening the business. Our team approaches challenges with passion, dedication, and a genuine commitment to supporting CyberArk and our colleagues worldwide.
Responsibilities
• Managing the compliance program’s technology resources, such as third-party screening and related enhancements, with a focus on overall program automation.
• Develop and manage data analytics and program reporting, including the creation of dashboards.
• Project management lead of the program’s risk assessment processes, awareness and communication campaigns (including developing innovative content such as newsletters, infographics and videos), and various other ethics and compliance projects.
• Lead control testing and monitoring activities, collaborating with business stakeholders to track and compile evidence and feedback on program implementation.
• Assist in the development of training materials in collaboration with internal teams and external specialist providers.
Requirements
• Possess at least 6 years of experience in a similar role or a position with transferable skills and experience.
• Advantageous to have experience in compliance programs or enterprise risk management.
• Highly proficient in utilizing technology, data analytics and reporting tools, with a preference for legal and compliance tech expertise.
• Demonstrated experience in general project management.
• Proficiency in content creation and communication, including awareness and training materials.
• Proficiency in using design and content creation tools and resources.
• Creative mindset with ability to engage with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds, as well as ability to work independently.
• Resourceful and results-oriented team player with a positive and collaborative approach, adding value to the business.
• Process-oriented with excellent documentation skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
• Excellent written English language and presentation skills.
• Hold a minimum of a university/degree-level education.
