Job Description:
CyberArk is looking for a result-driven and collaborative Sales Director, reporting to the Area VP Sales - North EMEA. You will have the opportunity to lead our teams of Account Executives, to work on an existing and growing portfolio across the UK & I. This is a leadership role, and you are required to create a common vision for the teams and lead them towards high growth and success.

In this role, you will have to take the lead in building trusted relationships with customers/partners. You are also expected to have strong territory coverage skillset and able to create and execute against a business plan that defines account, territory and potential revenue clearly.
You will be expected to be a strong team player to work closely and collaboratively with the North EMEA region functional leaders and to develop good and influential relationships with the channels ecosystem within the region is critical to the success of this role.
Responsibilities:
Create and execute the UK & I Sales strategy working with the Area VP Sales - North EMEA
Lead and manage Account Executives and provide clear KPI’s for the Internal Account Executives to achieve individual and teams quotas within the respective territory
Execute effective account planning to deliver maximum revenue through strategic partnering with functions such as Customer Success, Pre and Post Sales and Marketing Teams to identify and develop new contacts, leads, and opportunities resulting in net new customer growth
Grow and maintain effective business relationships within CyberArk to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales organization
Prepare compelling visual presentations to communicate value proposition
Drive strategic/large deals to exceed revenue targets through building relationships with C-level contacts in dedicated enterprise accounts
Be the thought leader for the UK & I market through developing and communicating insights to better to serve the region
Ensure effective training and use of SFDC for account planning, contact information, opportunity management, forecasting, and win/loss analysis
Ongoing mentoring and development of the sales teams in strategies to drive closure rates.
Conduct weekly revenue forecast meetings with the Account executives and track key productivity metrics (e.g. revenue attainment, stack rank, forecast accuracy, current pipeline, etc)
Lead and Coach the UK &I Executive teams through agreeing and planning, the right coverage model and KPI’s within the assigned territory to achieve the Sales Objectives for CyberArk UK &I
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience building and running commercial sales teams in the software industry
Experience as a second line sales leader
Must have previously led a $10M+ (minimum) ARR sales organization with 30%+ growth
Relevant software industry experience in any of the following: IT systems, cloud enterprise or infrastructure management, application development and management, security, business applications and/or analytics. Subscription, SaaS, or Cloud software experience
History of consistently meeting/exceeding targets and objectives personally and as a leader
Excellent leadership and influencing skills; ability to build strong business partnerships both outside and within the organization
Skills in business planning and diligence at measuring and communicating progress towards the plan, identifying roadblocks, and coming up with appropriate solutions
A highly professional persona and polished demeanor. Strong verbal and written communication skills; effective at delivering executive-level presentations
Mastery of consultative/solution selling methodologies (like MEDDPICC/Challenger/Solution Selling/Sandler)
Technical aptitude and are experienced selling into CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, and Lines of Business
Solid Operational skills and are experienced in integrating process and rigor to his/her organization
