About the Role

As Manager, Business Solutions - Sustainability apps, you will be focusing on different areas. This role will be:
30% team management
30% product strategy, scoping guidance, scoping and scope approvals and
40% stakeholder support and liaison.

With strong knowledge of a wide range of Sustainability, Agri or Sourcing tech solutions and techniques, along with experience of deploying them in complex, new and cutting-edge ambiguous contexts, you'll be able to deliver upon deployment and optimization of apps in sustainability.

Working across the project lifecycle, being highly proficient working with traditional or iterative delivery methods is essential. You will be responsible for shaping how tech business analysis is undertaken and exercise a high degree of leadership in the approach.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships and be seen as a trusted advisor to the business whilst playing a leading role in the Business Analysis community. 

About you

Experience

• Some Sustainability, Agri or Sourcing tech solutions experience
• A highly experienced Business Analyst who combines hands-on delivery with the ability to set-up teams and manage internal & external Business Analysts.
• Strong Technology Background and knowledge
• Good understanding of business change and software development life cycles and approaches, and the concepts and practices required to implement effective information systems.
• Able to apply business and technical expertise to assignments in other specialist areas and business domains.
• Understands the organisation's IT/Information Systems plans, and business objectives.

Other skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills and is highly experienced at engaging with stakeholders and influencing outcomes.
• Possesses a broad understanding of business and business skills, and understands the significance of commercial constraints.
• Familiar with processes and procedures of performance management.
• Demonstrates a responsible and disciplined approach, even under pressure
• Good level of English, both in speaking and writing.
