We are currently looking for a GRC Functional Lead to join us on an exciting new opportunity within the Finance Systems team at GXO on a full time, permanent basis.

The role of GRC Functional Lead will provide functional expertise on Oracle ERP Cloud, specifically for the GRC domain. This includes the delivery of a multi-year finance transformation programme, including the integration between the systems and the related reporting, analytics and ongoing optimisations.

In this role, you’ll act as a core part of the Finance Systems team liaising between business SMEs, technology SMEs and 3rd parties to identify, scope and deliver all projects and initiatives related to Finance Systems at GXO. Projects can range from SaaS application releases to large, complex system implementations/transformations and BAU enhancements.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Own the GRC solution design and configuration to ensure knowledge is acquired from the implementation partner consultants during the programme
• Provide thought leadership, balance business priorities, and be well-placed to contribute to the overall transformation in the GRC domain
• Work with finance process owners/SMEs and the implementation partner to define target processes and raise gaps with the programme team for decision making
• Act as the single point of contact and co-ordinate application troubleshooting with end users and other internal teams / 3rd parties, ensuring the highest level of customer service is maintained to resolve the fault and incident within the prescribed SLAs

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Strong experience in the deployment and support of Oracle ERP Cloud GRC modules with multiple full lifecycle programmes and ongoing support
• Experience of configuration of Oracle ERP Cloud, specifically GRC modules, as well as OTBI or other reporting tools
• Exposure to working in a SOX compliant environment, as well as managing a demand pipeline of projects and BAU enhancements
• The ability to build good relationships with end users and senior stakeholders
