Your role is pivotal in ensuring our products adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety. This includes applying local product specifications to SAP Plans, actively participating in product previews and trials to ensure compliance with food safety and quality requirements and maintaining meticulous records of food safety and quality data on Product Development platforms and SAP databases.
You'll play a crucial role in populating templates and SAP plans with product-focused, food safety, and quality data to align seamlessly with our live products. Additionally, you'll manage and maintain data to uphold our commitment to excellence, ensuring ongoing alignment with our live products and maintaining product quality standards (Capitolato).
You will oversee the issuance, distribution, and updates of quality control instructions for our production lines. Your efforts will ensure that auto-control operators and relevant personnel have access to necessary quality data, fostering smooth operations and adherence to stringent quality standards. Through meticulous management of these instructions, you'll enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our quality control processes, ultimately guaranteeing consistent product quality and upholding our brand's reputation for excellence.
You will help plan, organise, and deliver training sessions for auto-control employees, ensuring they have the skills needed to execute their duties accurately. You'll also provide ongoing support to help operators implement auto-control activities correctly, ensuring our quality standards are met consistently.
You’ll participate in internal and external audits, including those led by the Group Quality team. Additionally, you'll ensure plant food safety standards are met and align plant systems with live products.
Ensuring all units have access to updated documentation, you will manage technical specifications in the SAP QM System and collaborate with Quality functions to process data from control plans and other sources.
You'll collaborate with Group IT and Local IT on SAP platform projects, providing detailed references for the assigned Quality contact. You'll also facilitate the progression of data to IT for SAP issuance, ensuring data accuracy post-issuance. Additionally, you'll be responsible for maintaining quality information records for new materials.
Knowledge and experience working with SAP, preferably Quality Management (QM) module, including understanding of its functionalities, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules.
Comprehensive understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and best practices within the context of manufacturing or production environments.
Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage and maintain data within SAP systems, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights to improve quality processes and outcomes.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, and provide training and support to end-users.
