About the role

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Client Experience team to work on our Jaguar Land Rover account.

 

Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) are on a transformational journey and have exciting plans for the future. One of the key challenges will be to help Jaguar reposition as an all-electric vehicle manufacturer. Other elements include improving the consumer experience and helping the automotive giant more with its digital and performance transformation. Jaguar Land Rover aims to achieve net zero carbon emissions across its supply chain, products, and operations by 2039. They have already demonstrated a keenness for creative and innovative thinking, so this will be a very exciting client to work across.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent day-to-day client services and communications planning. You will also be responsible for contributing to the management and development of more junior team members.

 

About you

This role will be ideal for you if:

  • You have previous experience working in a media agency, and considerable experience within a client facing, comms planning team.
  • You have excellent communication and the ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
  • You are skilled in end-to-end media planning.
  • You have an understanding of media buying across all channels.
  • You are positive and entrepreneurial.
