About The Role

OMD UK is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Manager to be an integral member of our Client Leadership team working on one of our most high-profile accounts. Reporting into a Client Leadership Associate Director, the role presents a fantastic opportunity for someone to continue to develop their skills on one of the leading financial services brands in the UK, working alongside inspirational peers across our business. This Client Leadership team is the biggest in the agency (made up of 12 in Client Leadership working directly on this Business Unit), has an excellent supportive and collaborative culture with clear roles and responsibilities for all team members. We actively champion development for everyone in the team with clear progression pathways; this position is available as a result of internal promotions.

This leading financial services brand is a huge priority for OMD UK being one of the highest billing accounts within the agency and one with a unique team structure built around the clients’ needs - spanning media strategy, planning, buying as well as econometrics, data and tech consultancy, SEO, Affiliates, Partnerships and Sponsorships, as well as central Global services. On this client you will have the opportunity to further develop your media knowledge and gain an understanding into the workings of a market leading brand who are keen to innovate within media.

About You

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills able to confidently lead internal and external meetings, capturing actions and facilitating momentum. We are looking for a team player who can build solid relationships with all stakeholders and partners. This person will display a natural curiosity, a desire to learn and an ability to productively challenge the status quo in getting to better outcomes internally and for our client alike.
