We’re looking for an Insights & Research Director to join our Data team to work on the Allwyn account, amongst others.
Allwyn are on a transformational journey with us and we’ve built bespoke insights tools to help them bring marketing theory to life within their media plans to connect with users at the most relevant moments. This market-first research approach is the cornerstone of their planning and strategy and as Insights & Research Director, you will work with them to continue to evolve and improve its output, helping them to break into new competitor spaces and improve performance. They have a huge appetite for innovation and creativity and are a very exciting client to work across.
You will also have the opportunity to work on other clients across our portfolio on any projects that involve using research methodologies to improve their understanding of their audience, or the effectiveness of their marketing efforts. You will be responsible for delivering best-in-class client servicing in collaboration with the wider agency to create and maintain lasting partnerships.
This is the newest function in our rapidly growing data team, in the fastest growing media agency in the UK so there is a huge opportunity to shape the future of this capability. You will also be responsible for managing and developing junior team members.
About you
We’re looking for someone who has experience in an insights & research role either in-house, media agency or research agency side. You will have a thorough understanding of different research methodologies and in-depth experience of using various insights tools. You will have a passion for all things data, as well as an understanding of the wider planning and media landscape.
