WHAT YOU DO

• Implementing and further development of a sustainable operational excellence philosophy according to central requirements
• Coaching of employees to apply OPEX methods and tools and to implement OPEX measures
• Performing data analyses from existing systems and on-site documentation in preparation for workshops and optimization projects
• Conceptualizing, developing and updating training and presentation documents
• Leading of OPEX initiatives in the functional and operational units of the plant
• Identifying fields of action for the continuous improvement of processes and workflows in all company divisions

WHO YOU ARE

• Apprenticeship or Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required
• At least two years' experience in a similar position
• Profound knowledge of operational excellence, process analysys and continuous improvement methods
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• German language skills and the willingness to travel would be desirable but is not essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills and attention to detail
