We are recruiting for a VP to join the FX Sales team within Europe Treasury Department
Profile Summary
Contribute to the financial target of the Corporate FX Solution Sales Desk.
Proactive sales to bring FX business, including options and eFX by having good experience
Need to have experience working on EMEA, especially UK IG, Sub-IG.
Pitch proactively to clients with a solution driven and value-added approach by producing timely and tailored pitch books with which to follow up on every corporate action, like M&A and other events.
Maintain and always brush up knowledge on current market forex structured products and analysis of corporate financial reports to make a greater explanation, which results in a deeper client relationship and trusted advisor status to identify potential business opportunities.
Collaborate closely with relationship managers to promote business.
Develop not only FX knowledge but derivatives, analyse the potential needs of customers from multiple perspectives, and work with the DRSE appropriately when opportunities are identified for derivatives.
Duties and Responsibilities

Understand the business strategies and policies laid out in the group business plan.
Share information within the group and across other groups within ETD.
Achieve individual targets set by the group head.
Approach the customers without delay with passion, agility, innovation, and creative ideas while respecting teamwork, and expand the business.
[Business Promotion]
Provide FX products and services to clients with deep and vast knowledge of all the tradable products, including options, eFX and high standards of service for customer satisfaction.
Communicate and cooperate well with the trading desk to secure consistent and competitive pricing for clients.
Research, develop, and introduce new products and new customers.
Take a strong initiative in support of EMEA continent centres as a hub as well as in project management to build up the business infrastructure.

Produce deal tickets and process the deals into systems correctly.
Prepare reports regularly (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly) upon request.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
Excellent knowledge and understanding of all the tradeable FX products..
Skill set to make tailored pitchbooks with PowerPoint.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to develop productive customer relationships.
Precise operation skills.
Analytical skills about corporate client risk exposure and the market.
Good knowledge of other Treasury products and markets.
