Agency & Media Operations - let’s introduce ourselves
As Analytics Platform Lead you will join the Planning, Media and Analytics team in Global Marketing. Our goal is to maximize short term sales and long term brand equity by making data driven decisions and holding marketing investments accountable for real business results. 


The team contains a range of specialists, across marketing strategy, planning, operations, SEO, paid media and marketing analytics. These functional areas are currently transforming to meet our future ambitions and you will join a dynamic environment with marketing colleagues from across the world. 

 

Analytics Platform Lead – this is what you’ll do
As the Analytics Platform Lead, you will spearhead the strategic utilization of our analytics platform to drive actionable insights. You'll be responsible for optimizing the platform, implementing advanced analytics solutions, and ensuring the team's proficiency in leveraging analytics for data-driven decision-making.


Some of the key responsibilities you’ll undertake:
•    Strategic Platform Management: Oversee the holistic management of the platform of choice, aligning its capabilities with organizational goals.
•    Advanced Implementation: Lead the implementation of advanced features and functionalities within our platform to enhance data accuracy and depth.
•    Team Training and Development: Ensure the team is well-versed in utilizing this tool, providing training, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
•    Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, IT, and other teams to integrate analytics into various business processes.
•    Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, recommending and implementing innovations to improve analytics capabilities.

 

Location for this role will be either London, Gothenburg or Stockholm.

We are looking for someone who is structured, dedicated to deliver, and comfortable working across a matrix organisation with multiple teams. To be successful in this role you will have a strong strategic mindset, excellent ability to structure complex challenges, strong analytical skills, and a leadership style with focus on delivering. You are a collaborator that builds trusts with others and has a positive mind-set and is not afraid to challenge the status quo. 


You communicate with clarity, are an active listener and that convey points in a conceiving, inspiring and decisive manner. You have brilliant presentations skills to be able to present with impact on executive level. You likely have experience with large global brands, either internally or from agency/consultancy background. Ultimately you understand and are passionate about linking marketing activities to tangible business results. Most of all, you share our values and ambition, and are eager to lead our transformational agenda!

 

Qualifications:
•    Advanced understanding of digital analytics principles, coupled with substantial hands-on experience utilizing platforms like Google Analytics or similar tools.
•    Proven track record in deploying, configuring, and overseeing Google Analytics 4 or equivalent solutions, ensuring peak performance and data precision.
•    Proficiency in tag management and tracking methodologies, distinguishing between client-side and server-side approaches to optimize data collection strategies.
•    Effective communicator adept at conveying complex information across diverse global teams, fostering understanding and collaboration.
•    Demonstrated expertise in navigating data protection regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and related frameworks, ensuring compliance while maximizing analytical insights.
