Global Banking & Markets provides a full range of investment banking, credit and risk management products and services relevant to the financing and strategic development needs of our clients. Our products include debt and equity financing, mergers & acquisitions, corporate banking, institutional equity sales, trading and research, fixed income products, derivatives, energy, foreign exchange, and precious metals. The Human Resources Summer Internship is an exciting opportunity to join the London-based HR team with a focus on the Global Banking & Markets division of a global bank headquartered in Canada for 10 weeks during Summer 2024. The programme will enable you to deepen your understanding of how an investment bank's HR function works, and the rotational nature of the programme will allow you to gain varied experience in the different areas within the HR function across London and Dublin.
The role predominantly sits within the HR team in London which focuses on Operations and Governance, Total Reward, HR Business Partnering, Payroll & Benefits and Talent Acquisition. 1 - 2 weeks of the rotational programme will be based in our Dublin office.
