BRIEF INTRODUCTION 

 

As the Scotia Wealth Receptionist & Branch Operations Assistant you will provide operations and administrative support to the Branch Management Team and the Advisor teams along with being the first point of contact for clients within our multiple business lines.

 
IS THIS ROLE RIGHT FOR YOU 

In the role you will:

  • Be instrumental in management of the daily administrative operations of the branch
  • Create a positive and welcoming initial first impression representing Scotia Wealth Management (SWM)
  • Manage client account activities and ensuring compliance standards are met
  • Assisting with the execution of implementation of procedures to ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations
  • Act as first point of contact for clients arriving at the branch 
  • Process cheques and documentation received by clients
  • Manage and maintain meeting rooms schedule, incoming and outgoing correspondence, and communal kitchen
  • Complete all non online account management and shareholder communication
  • Maintain branch efficiency 

 

DO YOU HAVE THE SKILLS?


We would love to work with you if you have: 

  • Superior customer service skills
  • Financial Industry experience preferred
  • Strong organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Systems including Excel is required
