Skills
• Excellent working knowledge of Front Office Fixed Income business/applications
• Experience in supporting Front Office Fixed Income trading systems
• Experience with ION MMI and/or Anvil, ION SysAdmin
• Exceptional data analysis skills
• Solid understanding of financial markets and Fixed Income products
• Strong focus on client service and delivery
• Knowledge of IT project & development lifecycles (SDLC)
• Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills
Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day support of critical Fixed Income applications in Europe
• Engage directly with business users to provide technical resolution to ongoing issues
• Champion ITIL service management principles within the group
• Lead production support for business-critical front office Fixed Income application systems
• Analyze and resolve complex issues in distributed environments
• Develop tactical/strategic solutions for key process flows/pain points
• Occasionally work outside traditional business hours to support changes/releases
Qualifications
• Excellent knowledge of Front Office Fixed Income technologies
• Proven experience in supporting Front Office Fixed Income trading systems
• Ability to analyze complex data flows and processes
• Strong understanding of Fixed Income products like Bonds, swaps, Repo
Education Requirements
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Education Requirements Credential Category
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, or related discipline preferred
Experience Requirements
• Significant experience in supporting trading applications and end-users in the financial sector
