Job Title: HR Administrator
Reporting to: Senior HR Generalist UK
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for assisting the Senior HR Generalist in providing an excellent HR service within the UK.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All areas of HR administration including:
- Assisting with international visitor documentation.
- Assisting with accommodation/transport bookings for visitors
- Set up interviews & send relevant correspondence.
- Training administration.
- Dealing with all administration relating to Time Tracking system, ensuring it is up to date. & accurate.
- Assist in processing department invoices.
- Assist in the recruitment process, liaising with recruitment agencies, interviewing junior employees alongside Line Managers.
- Carry out induction meeting with all new starters.
- Ad hoc projects/duties as & when required.
ESSENTIAL
- Strong administration skills.
- Social media savvy with the ability to post job adverts on websites, social media & Linked-in etc.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel & Word.
- A high level of confidentiality.
- The ability to build strong relationships with internal & external customers within the UK & Globally face-to-face, on email & on the telephone.
- Tenacious with the ability to chase for outstanding HR information with tact and diplomacy.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- The ability to work fast but accurately whilst juggling numerous tasks at one time.
- Thrives when working under pressure.
- Keen to bring new ideas to the table whilst understanding that not all of these may be implemented due to the Global nature of the business.
- Positive outlook with a realistic & practical approach to Human Resources.
