Summary

Provide administrative support to both Water Strategic Field Customer Services and Water Distribution Scheduling
Scheduling and verifying customer appointments.
Scheduling, marketing, and tracking Neighborhood  
Support in the tracking and reporting of data.
Assisting in the creation of presentations.
Assist with document management to meet corporate objectives.
Assist in writing procedures and policies.
Help with clean-up of paper documents including filing and retention.
Track training requirements.  

Must be able to use MS. Excel, Power Point, and Word with ease.  

This position is expected to last for at least 365 days. 
 
25 hours or more per week are required. Hours are flexible, weekends may be an option and up to 40 hours are available

Education

College level coursework (100+) from an accredited institution will be evaluated on an individual basis according to the skill/level to determine if applicable to the position by management.

 

Hybrid Workplace

SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona. We are taking steps to protect the health and well-being of all team members, and by following a number of health and safety protocols, to reduce the risk of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
