We are currently in an exciting period of growth and we are looking for a Senior Designer to support the brand experience team.
Our main office is based in London (Angel), with another office in York and a photography and video studio in Leeds.
We work 2 days a week from our office in Angel, the other 3 days we usually work from home. We also regularly work together with our teams in Paris, Germany and the US.
You love good design. You make jobs your own, and create the best possible design solutions. On brand and on brief, but beyond expectations.
Your job is to make sure that the design amplifies the story of the brand or campaign, making sure viewers effortlessly follows the journey as we intend, notice what they need to and do what we want them to do.
The role has a focus on digital channels, covering everything from banners, influencers, websites, AR/VR and LinkedIn, but work can also include other print, experiential, POS or other.
You know the strengths and limitations of the various channels and formats
You have a positive mindset and inspire people you work with. No brief is too small to create great work. You are able to communicate your ideas clearly in words and scamps.
· Experience working in an agency. The process from brief to solution, with the various roles that creatives, account, client, and production play, doesn’t hold any surprises for you.
· 5-8 years as designer
· Enthusiasm. Love what you do and what you can bring to the party
· Happy to push the creative boundaries as and when the opportunity occurs
· Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
· Good understanding of relevant software
· Experience on working on multi-channel campaign
· Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
· Good understanding of UX/UI Design
· Team player, working closely with other team members on and offside
· Good communication, asking questions to make sure you know all you need to know about a project, explaining what you need from others or raising flags when things don’t go as planned
· Be flexible, we work on a range of clients and jobs. Some jobs might stretch your skills while others might not feel like a challenge at all. We need you to deliver the best solution on all.
