As the Senior Manager of Supply Chain Systems and Analytics, you will play a critical role in driving efficiency, optimization, and strategic decision-making within our supply chain operations. You will lead a team responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of supply chain systems and analytics solutions. Your expertise will be pivotal in leveraging data and technology to enhance visibility, agility, and performance across the supply chain network.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

 

Strategic Planning and Execution:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for supply chain systems and business intelligence aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable plans and initiatives.

 

Team Management:

    • Lead and mentor a team of supply chain analysts, developers, and business intelligence specialists.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
    • Provide guidance and support in setting goals, performance evaluation, and professional development.

 

Supply Chain Systems Development:

    • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of supply chain systems, including TMS, APS and other related platforms.
    • Drive enhancements and optimizations to existing systems to improve functionality, efficiency, and user experience.
    • Ensure systems integration and interoperability to streamline processes and data flow across the supply chain ecosystem.

 

Business Intelligence and Analytics:

    • Develop and maintain robust business intelligence solutions to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.

 

Financial Management:

    • Develop and manage the supply chain budget.
    • Monitor and report on supply chain performance metrics.

 

 

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Active member of Global Supply Chain organization and leadership team.
    • Provide key cross functional leadership and support for global functions, sites, countries.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • APICS / BPICS / CPIM, CTL, CSCP (preferred)

 

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, systems implementation, and business intelligence, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and work proactively in a global environment developing strong linkages at all levels and cross-functionally.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving complex projects to completion.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software, tools, analysis, and modelling.
  • Understand of database architecture, data lakes and data mining essential.

 

Skills

  • Expertise in supply chain systems such as ERP, WMS, TMS, APS, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to translate business requirements in enabling technical solutions.
  • Self-starter, autonomous

 

TRAVEL

Occasional global travel required.

Lakewood, Colorado (hybrid)

Typical office related requirements including reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, traverse, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting to 20 pounds.

Target Pay Range:  $145,100.00 to $181,300.00  -  Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base:  20.0%
