Job Title:  Proposition Analyst

We are looking for 8 Proposition Analysts within the Solutions Design and Experience Development area of the UK Customer division.

The roles are within three teams:

Workplace pensions proposition (including regulatory change)
At retirement and later life proposition
Customer and adviser experience

As a Proposition Analyst in any of these teams, you will provide analysis, gather insight, and solve problems as a key member of the team, and will be expected to take the lead on certain aspects of proposition design as well as supporting the Product Owners in defining requirements. In addition, you will play a critical role in supporting delivery teams in implementing changes to improve the experiences and outcomes of customers, employers and financial advisers.

About the role

• Solve problems and find ways to achieve the objectives and outcomes of the targeted change, analysing options and recommending the optimal approach.
• Gather insight on market trends and customer behaviours to support the design of solutions and experiences.
• Test solutions and experiences with customers, and advisers and gather continuous feedback.
• Provide expertise to maintain and support Royal London’s propositions.
• Generate and recommend ideas to influence priorities for change.
• Collaborate with the rest of the team and other colleagues to optimise the detailed design and implementation of solutions and experiences.
• Ensuring that the end-to-end journey is considered and kept up to date with any change.

About you

• Proven experience within the financial services sector, preferably in pensions, later life, long-term savings products or in a customer experience (CX) role.
• Relevant experience working in an Agile team.
• Excellent stakeholder management and an ability to ‘connect the dots’.
• Confident written and verbal communications to internal and external audiences.
• A team player with the ability to progress initiatives autonomously.
• A willingness to take ownership of problems and show accountability.
