Job Title: Relationship Oversight Manager

We are currently looking for a Relationship Oversight Manager to join the RLAM Outsourced Operations team on a permanent basis in London.

The primary focus of the role is to ensure effective monitoring of Order Management systems including the control and provision of the number of users and front running the budget monthly. You will be the point of contact for service issues internally and will document and report any risk.

As a Relationship Oversight Manager, you will also support with regular service reviews to ensure alignment with RLAM’s requirements for delivery and quality.

About the role

• Act as the contact point for service issues internally.
• Ensure suppliers are reporting service levels in line with RLAM’s requirements for delivery and quality.
• Support regular reviews of commercial and contract terms, making recommendation where necessary. Ensure any changes are fed into an annual review process.
• Coordinate the access rights, manage the user profiles, sign offs and staff assigned to the roles.
• ‘Front run’ the invoices each month against the agreed rate card – build out an oversight framework to monitor the costs versus budget. Ensure invoices are correct and as per budgets.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a process for feeding KPIs into the monthly Operations KPI report.
• Ensure all changes to systems and services are fully scoped out and authorised in line with Making Business Decisions.

About you

• Relationship management oversight experience for multiple suppliers or vendors. 
• Previous experience within an asset management company or similar industry.
• Knowledge of Order Management Systems (OMS) preferably Aladdin, and access rights.
• Experience interacting with multiple departments and individuals.
