We currently have an opportunity to bring onboard a Programme Manager to join Royal London Asset Management on a permanent contract in London.

The purpose of this role is to provide sophisticated change portfolio management services to deliver significant transformations which support achievement of the RLAM strategy, in an effective, controlled, and efficient manner.

You will ensure multi-year business area outcomes are captured, clearly understood and associated solutions are delivered to enable the business to realise benefits on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.

About the role

• Ensures that delivery aligns to and supports the RLAM Business Plan, via a multi-year portfolio view that supports the company’s growth aspirations.
• Responsible for the successful delivery of a key portfolio of projects within the RLAM change portfolio within agreed cost, quality and time commitments.
• To build and lead a team of motivated resources to deliver projects.
• Ensures stakeholders at all levels are identified and engaged in the delivery process.
• Align with the RLAM change methodology.

About you

• Demonstrable experience of delivering significant transformations within Financial Services preferably within Asset Management.
• A confident operator with excellent senior stakeholder management experience.
• Demonstrable successful experience of targeting operating model transformations and commercial projects.
• Transformation experience that involves operating model change or business diversification (including new strategies) would be an advantage.
