The Sale office is in need of administrative assistance to help manage some of the much needed basic facility items as well as keep up with the required safety matters.
Greeting and directing all incoming individuals.
Maintaining security by following procedures; monitoring logbook system, issuing visitor badges.
Maintain and manage weekly and monthly site inspections (Safety and Emergency Evacuation Plan).
Managing mail, couriers and deliveries.
Stocking inventory and ordering supplies.
Providing administrative assistance such as: managing of reception e-mail box, managing catering and vendor orders and invoices, hotel and meeting room reservations.
Offering cover for Leeds Office Coordinator (Ioana Dima) with supplies and hotel bookings which most of them are last minute.
Managing car park when blockages occur.
Required Education: High School or equivalent.
Preferred Education: Associate's or equivalent.
Required Years of Experience: 0 - 1 year
Preferred Experience: Good knowledge & understanding
Basic computer skills and the ability to integrate with the organization’s software
Good written and verbal communication skills
