About the Role:
We currently have an exciting and rare career opportunity to join our Communications Networks Quality Group as a Smart Grid Testing Subject Matter Expert based at our Brooklyn (3012) office in a full time and permanent capacity.
The role will be responsible for maintaining the quality of the CitiPower, Powercor and United Energy Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) System. This will be done by participating in the design, build, test and deployment of any testing and quality control activities, which can include internal and external projects, working to meet standards and procedures, reporting of non-compliance issues and continuously improve business and testing process.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in the electricity distribution industry, ideally working with software and hardware testing. In addition, this candidate will have a excellent analytical skills, highly developed verbal and written communication skills and ability to work within a team together to achieve goals within a timeframe.
