Technical and Renewable Service Advisor

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Working as part of a small team within the Vaillant Service Technical Department, this key position will involve providing technical advice to external Gas Safe Registered Engineers and End Users. 
• You will be providing service and technical support for the Renewable and Commercial department.
• You will also be required to engage with our customers so we can better understand how we can support them through the purchase / installation processes. 
• A key part of the role is to give advice by telephone with clarity and diplomacy demonstrating a good technical aptitude.
• You will need to understand customer requirements.

 

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• The successful individual will be able to demonstrate a passion for providing excellent customer service and demonstrate the ability to interpret technical information and instructions.
• You will be able to give technical spares advice with clarity and confidence and have the ability & drive to self-learn.
• Demonstrate the drive to deliver world class service to our customers at every opportunity. 
• You will enjoy working in a target driven environment and work hard towards achieving your KPIs.
• Knowledge of our products is desirable but not essential as full product training will be given.
• You will be computer literate, with the ability to use all Microsoft applications, and show a good understanding of Salesforce.
• You will have a flexible approach to working hours and excellent communication skills.
