Location: Ann Street, Belfast (Hybrid)

 

This role is being offered on a permanent, full time basis.

About the Role:

 

UK Deposits is a dynamic team driving the UK Deposits strategy within Retail NI. In this position, you will need to use your strong analytical skills to collate and analyse data to create and monitor customer pipeline as well as manage customers directly through their reinvestment and new deposit activities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Analyse current customer data to identify a strong and ongoing pipeline of potential deposit customers.
  • Deal directly with deposit customers to manage their regular reinvestment activities, being their key point of contact for all deposit activity.
  • Build and manage new customer relationships - informing them of their deposit options, supporting their deposit journey and successfully attracting new deposit funds to AIB.
  • Collate data to support regular reporting of deposit product trends.
  • Support process improvement, championing increased automation, challenging and reviewing the current ways of working with respect to the E2E UK deposit customer journeys, experiences and outcomes.
  • Be a key advocate for Deposits, supporting training and education across AIB UK.

 

 

What you will bring:

 

  1. Excellent customer relationship skills with both personal and business customers. The ability to easily engage with customers and represent AIB (NI) with knowledge and expertise.
  2. Team player who is engaged and enthusiastic, ability to work on their own initiative.
  3. Strong analytical and data collation skills.
  4. Strong collaborator, working in partnership with other internal stakeholders to drive change.
  5. Ability to consistently deliver results within agreed timeframes.
