We are looking for a Partner Growth Executive to join the Partner Growth Squad. Partner Growth’s mission is to create solutions for our retail partners to better support their business needs and drive more sales. As a Partner Growth Executive you will take ownership of nurturing relationships with our partner’s e-commerce and performance teams whilst shaping the operational function of the team. Your responsibilities will be to increase net revenue along with improving the processes and tools to ensure collaboration will be smooth for partners.
Responsibilities:
Increasing revenue - accountable for delivering revenue through our affiliate partners. I.e negotiating to increase commercial terms and selling content. Understand our partners business goals, challenges, and priorities to identify opportunities for collaboration and mutual growth. You will be their advisor and advocate within Lyst.
Partnership process and project management - to develop and maintain team processes and workflows to streamline partnership from onboarding through to their ongoing partnership with Lyst. Ie. optimisation and minimum enforcements, performance tracking.
Lead partner meetings - lead in organising and facilitating meetings and calls with partners, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), monthly check-ins, and project-specific discussions. Drive agenda setting, and action items to ensure impactful and collaborative meetings.
Pitching and sales - deliver impactful pitches to partners, highlighting the value and benefits of Lyst opportunities. Collaborate with the Strategy and Operations specialist to tailor offerings to the partner.
Data analysis - of partner performance and competitor insights to identify trends and inform partner recommendations. Working with the Strategy specialist for deep dives into specific partner issues or topics.
Requirements
Solid experience of working in a sales environment in a fast-growing company, ideally at an affiliate marketing network, agency or managing affiliate marketing for a retailer
Excellent client management and organisational skills as you will be managing several complex relationships of varying size
Exceptional written and verbal skills as well as presentation experience - you will be selling new products to our partners so you must be comfortable negotiating with senior level partners
Strong analytical skills to help you develop regular reporting on sales trends and performance insights for your partners
Self-starters who thrive while working independently as well as contributing to team goals - you’ll be working with a range of other teams at Lyst so cross-collaboration and teamwork is key
As a fast-paced work environment, the product and tools are likely to change and improve all the time - we are looking for someone who is adaptable and understands we are working towards a collective goal
A target driven individual as you will be accountable for commercial and project-specific goals, in line with the team strategy
Solid understanding of affiliate marketing, attribution models, and other performance marketing metrics
Experience in Excel, Looker, or other BI and analytics tools
A love (or at least high regard) for fashion
Ability to speak Italian or French would be an advantage although not essential
