Position Purpose: Administer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation sessions as prescribed by the psychiatrists for the treatment of mood disorders.
Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree, Masters preferred
• Prior experience in addictions / mental health preferred.
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must be emotionally and medically able to perform essential job responsibilities
• Must be free from active or infectious diseases
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Work scheduled shift and be available to work additional hours when necessary.
2. Greet all visitors and direct appropriately.
3. Complete all documentation as required.
4. Administer Transcranial magnetic stimulation sessions to identified clientele and communicate any concerns to the psychiatrist.
5. Maintain open communication with the TMS Coordinator to ensure clientele is responding effectively to treatment.
6. Administer screening materials as required to monitor progress of clientele.
7. Serve as a member of the Clinical Team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
8. Assist clerical support staff in providing needed documentation for insurance preauthorization and/or reimbursement.
9. Understand and comply with all of the principles established by ASPEN / Rosecrance
10. Assist in consultations as able.
11. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
12. Serve as a role model for other staff, patients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing ASPEN / Rosecrance.
13. Assume other related responsibilities as assigned by management.
