We’re looking for an experienced data-enthusiast, supporting the business in strategic decision making by monitoring, analysing and reporting on key performance metrics across the agency.

As a Performance Analyst, you'll be a key member of the team at ICS, analysing revenue and KPI results to identify opportunities for improvement, presenting findings to support data-driven decision-making.

The role:

• Permanent, full-time
• Salary: £27,500 - £32,500
• Revenue and KPI tracking - maintaining spreadsheets to track revenue, cost and times for all clients
• Analysis and visualisation - creating dashboards for teams to visualise daily and monthly progress against KPIs
• Monthly revenue reporting - working collaboratively with our Finance team to accurately report on revenue, cost and income

About you:

• Proficient in Google Sheets
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent attention to detail
• Understanding of key business metrics, such as revenue, profit margin and retention
• Proven problem solving skills
• Excellent communications skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
