We’re looking for an outstanding People & Culture Administrator to join our Head Office in Kings Hill, Kent,  on a 12 month fixed-term contract

In this role, you will work closely with the Director of People & Culture (European remit) and other Heads of People & Culture across the organisation. You will play a pivotal role in supporting a range of exciting People & Culture projects and initiatives, directly contributing to shaping a positive and impactful employee experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working on projects that directly impact our employees.

Responsibilities include:
Assist senior leadership with executing initiatives and ensuring smooth project delivery.
Ensure accuracy and compliance of HR data, following company policies.
Support the rollout of new People & Culture systems and processes.
Organise and facilitate meetings within the European People & Culture team and wider business.
Gather and analyse data to support informed decision-making within People & Culture.
Develop presentations, reports, and other materials for internal stakeholders.
Assist managers and employees with People & Culture inquiries.
Develop strong connections across the People & Culture team and broader organisation.
Ensure clear and timely communication of People & Culture policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Requirements
A strong background in administration
Previous experience working within a People & Culture or HR team
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently on a variety of tasks
Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of people.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new systems.
