Responsibilities include:
Develop and implement a global talent management strategy that aligns with Westfalia Fruit's vision, values, and business goals.
Collaborate with business unit leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable talent plans, ensuring we have the right skills and leadership for success.
Design and implement a leadership framework that defines our ideal leadership qualities, fostering a high-performance environment.
Develop a robust succession planning process to identify and cultivate future leaders from within our talented workforce.
Lead the creation of a group-wide talent acquisition approach, attracting top talent from a diverse global pool.
Embed DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) principles into the core of our talent strategy, fostering a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
Design and manage comprehensive training and development programs to empower employees at all levels to reach their full potential.
Leverage data analytics to gain insights into talent trends and inform strategic talent decisions, optimizing our talent pipeline.
Partner with Regional People & Culture Directors and business unit leaders to create a cohesive and high-performing talent strategy across the entire organisation.
Requirements
Extensive experience within a multinational organisation, demonstrating a deep understanding of diverse cultures and global talent landscapes.
Demonstrated success in both internal talent development programs and external recruitment strategies, building a robust talent pipeline.
Proven ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory environments while leading and collaborating with geographically dispersed teams.
Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing comprehensive global talent management strategies aligned with the company's vision, business goals, and current HR trends.
Experience with successful implementation of large-scale change initiatives within a complex organization.
Exceptional leadership skills, inspiring and motivating global talent teams to achieve ambitious goals.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data insights to inform strategic talent decisions and measure the effectiveness of talent programs.
A strong track record of building relationships with internal stakeholders and leveraging external channels to attract top global talent.
Proven ability to adapt to a dynamic global business environment and adjust talent strategies accordingly.
Degree in Human Resources or a related field, with relevant certifications a plus.
