Rockstar is seeking a dedicated Digital Marketing Producer to join the Marketing team in our NYC office to facilitate the planning, execution, completion, and ongoing success of our Digital Marketing projects.

We are looking for a creative, technically savvy, proactive, and dedicated individual to work with our highly collaborative marketing, development and creative teams. This role will support a range of projects that will include website, social and other digital marketing experiences. Candidates must have experience managing innovative, creative, and technical projects, and be comfortable with the ambiguity and obstacles that comes with that.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Rockstar Games Digital Marketing Team creates innovative digital experiences to expand and further enhance our players’ relationships with Rockstar Games’ suite of innovative products.

  • We improve existing features and architect new, exciting solutions to support the continued enhancement of the digital experience for our community.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a production / development environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of software development and project management processes and practices.
  • Proven ability to work with various producers, developers, designers and testers across multiple studios and projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile Development methodologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Confluence and other project tracking and bug database software

SKILLS

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail, process knowledge and ability to multi-task.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively across product, development, and management teams.

  • Avid gamer with a passion for Rockstar Games titles.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner or similar product-focused certification.

The pay range for this position in New York State (inclusive of New York City) at the start of employment is expected to be between the range below* per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

 

*NY Pay Range$80,000—$103,440 USD
