We are looking for an Ecommerce Executive DACH (Netherlands, Germany) to join our growing European trading team. As the Ecommerce Executive DACH, you will have the responsibility of managing and growing our ecommerce operations in the DACH region. You will have a strong understanding of the DACH market, including customer preferences, local regulations, and market trends.

As the Ecommerce Executive you will ideally have basic knowledge in CRM, SEO, PPC, Affiliate and Influencers, be interested in all digital and you will be eager to develop your knowledge of the wider channels. You will have the ability to support the eCommerce Manager with day to day trading tasks.

Responsibilities

• Utilise tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, Google Search Console to deliver regular eCommerce reporting.
• Assist with daily website operations including; product uploads, translations, blogs, SEO content updates, site campaigns etc
• Support the planning, building and execution of Brand strategy
• Identify site improvements to maximise conversions, AOV and reduce bounce rates and barriers to buying online
• Conduct research to gain partnerships.
• Monitor affiliate traffic using a variety of tools
• Assist the eCommerce Managers with keyword/market research, website translation, site audits to improve organic traffic.
• Support with conceptualising and building weekly emails
• Take ownership of creating and managing CRM reports to identify areas of improvement

Requirements

• Fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Prior experience in ecommerce or digital marketing, preferably in the DACH market
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and tools, such as Shopify, Google Analytics, and SEO tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Passionate about beauty and skincare
• Ability to work independently and proactively
