Our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central team is seeking a Technical Team Lead.

As an all-round specialist, you will be able to demonstrate your thorough hands-on technical and functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Your overall solid product knowledge and expertise will enable you to design and implement (together with our team) solutions supporting the company's business processes. Your extensive experience with solution design and delivering high quality solutions according to agreed timelines and budgets will be vital to this key role.

About the role:

• In this role you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform within our company. Your duties will include, but won't be limited to:
• Requirements analysis, architectural design, development and configuration
• Сommunications with the business team lead
• Implementing system integrations using Azure tools and resources in cooperation with our DevOps team
• Providing D365 BC technical leadership and support to team members through discussions/code reviews/direct mentoring
• Managing team and individual performance
• Managing our GitHub repositories using established versioning and branching strategy
• Running team meetings/ceremonies

Requirements

About you:

• 7+ years D365 BC / NAV development
• 3+ years experience leading a D365 / NAV dev team
• Broad, deep and practical knowledge of all NAV/Business Central functionality related to sales and distribution business
• Actual experience overseeing development in a large-scale wholesale business would be a huge bonus
• Familiarilty with Azure tech stack   
• Good relationship management, presentation and communication skills are vital
