About the role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Business Support Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in providing operational support to various business functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize internal processes and workflows
Identify areas for operational improvement and develop and implement effective solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
Develop and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures
Provide project management support for key initiatives
Perform data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business operations
Requirements
Proven experience in a business support or operations role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Proficient in data analysis and report generation
Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in the fintech industry is desirable
