The typical Bird customer requires more than just numbers and minutes. We are looking for someone who understands customers’ use cases and can help to build a world class Voice product and experience.
In this role, you are aware of local regulations and developments in all major markets around the world. You know which suppliers can help us build that quality and compliant product - and at which rates we should be getting them from.
You work with our Enterprise and Product teams in an advisory role to make sure the complexities of the Voice are properly integrated in our products and offerings.
Responsible for P&L and vendor management of the Bird enterprise voice product
Onboarding of new DID & Voice vendors
Work with product teams to make sure our voice product remains top notch and compliant to local rules and regulations
Work with our sales reps to close (omnichannel) deals. You will be the expert for our voice product
A minimum of 3 years of working in an (internal) voice environment
A minimum of 1 year in a CPaaS and/or marketing automation environment
A wide range of contacts in the industry, predominantly from telcos and Tier-1 carriers only
The ability to work independently - in this role you are the owner of this product, we expect you to take the initiative to further build on our voice products and continuously look for opportunities and improvements
