At AWAL, we work with an epic roster of emerging talent and more established artists & labels from all over the world. We aim to remove all barriers between artists and the A&R teams or store editors that help them take their business to the next level within the AWAL ecosystem. You’ll be passionate about delivering the latest music industry best practice advice to these developing artists and labels. You’ll be supporting them in delivering their releases into the AWAL system and, in some instances, supporting some of the more developed projects alongside the wider AWAL team. You’ll likely be somewhere between digital music geek and artist manager with wonderfully written communication skills as we support so many artists with so many varied challenges. The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.New York Pay Range$45,000—$50,000 USD
