As the Regional Promotion Representative:
What you'll do:
- Secure airplay and market RCA artists in designated territories for assigned formats (Top 40, Rhythm, Alt, Hot AC, Active Rock, AAA, AC)
- Provide show coverage in territory (travel is required)
- Secure local promotion activity for artists when in market
- Weekly radio meetings with decision-makers (in person and virtual) to promote department priorities
- Secure contest/marketing opportunities on a local level to support artist campaigns
- Participate in weekly department conference calls and format break out calls to strategize approach
- Strong knowledge of reading and analyzing market airplay, sales, Shazam, research
- Adhere to the company’s policies and compliance procedures as it pertains to radio promotion
- Handle all pertinent administrative duties (station requests, music servicing, filing T&E reports, compliance paperwork, etc.) in a timely and efficient manner
- Implement campaigns to benefit/break artists and projects in assigned territory
- Develop promotional plans around tour dates utilizing contest, interviews, and meet and greets
- Manage travel and entertainment budgets
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in radio promotion with proven success in meeting defined goals
- Ability to read and understand radio monitoring reports and music charts related to the position
- Must have excellent communication, people skills, and strong organizational skills
- A positive, professional and calm attitude at all times is required
- Must be flexible and be able to multi-task
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.California Pay Range$90,000—$100,000 USD
