ACCOUNTING & FINANCE

What We Do

Our Finance and Accounting teams build the financial infrastructure to scale our growing company. We combine analytical and strategic thinking to develop a sound financial future for our global brand. We work closely with teams across the company, international subsidiaries, as well as with external partners to ensure a world-class finance organization. Our team contains experts from fields like tax, treasury, purchasing, FP&A, and more.

What You'll Do

Work within the Treasury Operations Team supporting all entities globally, ensuring sufficient funds to cover daily working capital requirements and long-term growth initiatives.

In this role, you will

  • Organize, administer and maintain corporate and subsidiary bank documents and records; coordinate account opening/closings and signature cards as needed
  • Analyze, reconcile and prepare regional cash workbook weekly and provide to Treasury Manager
  • Understand and identify foreign exposures and flag to Treasury Manager
  • Work with AP, AR, Payroll, Controllership and Tax on all treasury matters and banking related issues (as needed), work closely with banking representatives across several banks to facilitate account opening/closures and any update
  • Maintain Forecast to Actual schedule on a daily basis
  • Monitor cash flows and budget code accordingly
  • Work with AP, AR, Payroll, Controllership and Tax teams to build out cash flow forecasts by entity and support in ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as needed

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Finance, Accounting)
  • 2-3 years of experience in Treasury; prior experience working in a global treasury department at a multinational company
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Very strong organization, communication, and time-management skills
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Experience working within a treasury management system (ie. Kyriba) is a plus but not required
  • Experience in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience working within corporate banking portals, preferably as a system administrator or super-user
