What you'll be doing…

We are looking to hire a People Advisor on a fixed-term contract to contribute to the delivery of a proactive and customer-focused HR service across the organisation by providing effective support, guidance and advice to managers and colleagues on a comprehensive range of HR Services from employee relations, policy and process, training and development and key projects.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…
● Experience of various HR software systems
● Strong experience with ER cases
● Thrives in a fast paced environment
● HR and/or CIPD qualification is desirable
● Good Excel skills advantageous

The expected range for this role is £29,000 - £40,000 pro rata
This is a Hybrid role from our Bath Office, working three days from the office, two from home
